7 days replacement only.

Free replacement will be provided within 7 days from delivery if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Click here or mail us at sales@stuhrling.in to start a replacement. You will need to provide your order ID number, Invoice number and email address to complete the Replace/Exchange Request Form. Please note that final approval for all replacements and exchanges is at Stührling’s discretion.
