7 days replacement only.

Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.

In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Stührling is happy to offer exchanges on brand new, unworn, and undamaged watches. To initiate an exchange, please contact us. Once we receive and inspect the watch, we’ll ship your new watch to the same address as your original order. If your exchange is a lower price than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference. If your exchange is a higher price than your original purchase, we will contact you to arrange payment for the remaining balance before your watch is shipped.
